All payments are due in advance before the 1st session
Assessments are FREE of charge for the client. On this meeting my job it's to find out the times available to work out, eating habits, if active at the moment, any health issues and of course your goals you would like to accomplish. I will also be taking your weight, height and what are the factors that has stop you to start working out before.
*Due to demand and schedule limitations when group package combine all clients have to be present at the time schedule for that training session. If one of the person in the group can't make it. The session will continue as plan and client will loose that day.
